Another Reason the Death Penalty Needs to be Creative

I used to attend Criminal Justice school online. I always made quite the impression when the topics of criminal rehabilitation and the death penalty came up. I am of the firm belief that some people cannot be saved. If these people, whoever they are, cannot be saved then I feel it’s only fair that we do the taxpayers a favor and save them a buck. That’s right I think we need to off the guys that cannot be saved.

Currently criminals are receiving the message that no matter what they do there will be someone out there to defend them and try and save them, usually so they can go out and do it all over again. Just look at people like Casey Anderson. It seems to be more than obvious that she killed her kid, yet there are people out there that will defend her, saying things like the chloroform details are false and the decomposing body in the car was really a diaper that sat there all day. Didn’t you know? When a diaper sits there long enough it begins to sprout matter that appears to look like decomposition. If people did their homework they would know that.

Instead, I think we should have an adequate system for those that we are fully aware cannot be saved. We could fully castrate (yes, penis, too) pedophiles. Of course, I realize that this would not stop them from trying to harm little children. So, with that in mind, if we allowed them to live someone would need to cut their arms and legs off, too. Serial murderers could be set on fire and put on pay per view to help squelch the national debt. You know, things like that.

Speaking of people that cannot be saved, when I was reading Trench’s blog today I read about this guy, Reginald Davis. Davis is 18 years old and the father of a newborn baby that is less than two weeks old. The mother does not live with Davis, but earlier in the week he came to visit her and the new baby. While he was there he raped the child who was 8 days old at the time. This is one of those stories that you hear about and just cannot believe they are true. Who in their right mind tries to rape any child, much less one that is 8 days old?!

The child was taken to the Forrest City Med Center, but she had to be moved to the Arkansas Children’s Hospital due to the severity of her injuries. The police were then informed that the child had been sexually assaulted and had a skull fracture.

Hopefully when this case goes to trial this sick fuck gets the maximum amount of time that he can. Better yet, I hope that he gets anally raped in prison and the criminals waiting for his ass to arrive, rip him to shreds. That isn’t half of what this bastard deserves.
